章雪晴博士,hy590海洋之神检测中心教授。研究方向为核酸递送系统和生物医用材料。于武汉大学获得高分子化学和物理博士学位。于麻省理工学院Robert Langer教授实验室完成博后研究工作,2017年12月回国任职。共发表了60余篇SCI,包括Nature Communications、Science Advances、JACS、Science Translational Medicine、Advanced Materials、PNAS等,总引用超过10000次,包括5篇ESI高被引;17项专利获批,包括3项美国专利。主持国家重点研发计划(课题)、国自然等多项国家及省部级项目。入选教育部“长江学者”奖励计划,中组部“国家高层次引进人才”青年项目、上海市“明珠计划”、江苏省“双创计划”领军人才等。

1. AI赋能脂质分子与mRNA序列元件的理性设计,探索脂质纳米载体体内递送过程,研发安全、高效、精准的RNA递送系统。
2. 针对肺靶向递送难点,构建新型吸入式RNA递送系统,为肺靶向核酸药物开发建立通用技术平台,为肺纤维化、哮喘、肺癌等呼吸系统疾病提供创新解决方案。
3. 研发新一代可编程可注射水凝胶多功能植入材料,达成药物或细胞因子体内时空精准递送,拓展其在再生医学领域的应用范围。

教学:
主讲本科生课程《药物研发实验》和研究生课程《药学信息检索和实践》,并
参讲《药剂学研究导论》、《实验技术与仪器分析》、《药学综合》等课程。

章雪晴教授团队聚焦RNA药物面临的关键科学问题―如何设计兼具优异安全性、靶向特异性和体内递送性能的RNA递送系统,基于组合化学策略结合AI辅助的脂质分子理性设计,高通量构建LNP载体文库,并通过系统性评价和多轮迭代优化获得兼具良好安全性、高效递送性能及低肝富集特性的先导LNP。另一方面,创新构建吸入式RNA递送系统,不仅搭建了肺靶向RNA药物开发的通用技术平台,也为RNA疗法治疗肺纤维化、难治性哮喘、肺癌等重大呼吸系统疾病提供极具转化潜力的临床解决方案。此外,采用靶向脂质模块共组装策略,开发出可高效、选择性递送RNA至特定细胞(如免疫细胞、肝星状细胞)的脂质载体,基于RNA靶向递送实现心脑血管及肝代谢疾病治疗机制创新。上述成果已发表SCI论文60余篇,包括Nature Communications、Science Advances、JACS、Science Translational Medicine、Advanced Materials、PNAS等,总引用超过10000次,包括5篇ESI高被引;17项专利获批,包括3项美国专利。主持国家重点研发计划(课题)、国自然等多项国家及省部级项目。入选教育部“长江学者”奖励计划,中组部“国家高层次引进人才”青年项目、上海市“明珠计划”、江苏省“双创计划”领军人才等。
章雪晴教授团队依托于载体创新与自主模块化mRNA设计平台,协同企业及临床合作方,启动了两款mRNA疫苗的IIT研究,形成覆盖"递送载体―抗原mRNA设计―疫苗生产质控―临床验证"的全链条研发体系,成功打通mRNA疫苗从实验室研究到产业化应用的关键技术路径。
